Arttista 2.7 on our YouTube channel.
Arttista 2.7 introduces several workflow improvements focused on making
vector editing, animation and precision drawing faster and more intuitive.
Many common editing tasks now require fewer clicks, allowing you to stay
focused on creating instead of managing your timeline or selections.
Highlights of this Release
-
Circular Area With Move – Select and move points instantly using a
single circular gesture, eliminating the traditional select-then-move workflow.
-
Insert Frame – Insert one or multiple frames anywhere in the timeline
while automatically pushing the remaining animation forward.
-
Remove Frame – Remove frames and automatically pull the rest of the
animation backward, making timing adjustments much faster.
-
Improved Grid Alignment Guides – Visual alignment guides now appear
while moving points, helping you align objects horizontally and vertically
with nearby geometry.
-
Grid Snap Subdivisions – Divide each grid cell into smaller snap
increments for much greater positioning precision while keeping the
advantages of snapping.
-
Improved Spatula Tool – The sculpting brush has been refined,
providing smoother and more predictable shape editing.
Animation Workflow Improvements
Editing animation timing is now considerably easier. You can quickly create
space in an animation or remove existing time without manually moving
keyframes or objects.
These new timeline tools are especially useful when refining animation
timing late in production, allowing non-destructive adjustments with a
single shortcut.
Drawing & Precision Improvements
Artists working with technical illustrations, pixel art, tilemaps or
precise vector artwork will benefit from the new alignment guides and
configurable Grid Snap subdivisions, making accurate positioning much
easier without sacrificing workflow speed.
